Commercial Design/Build LeDuc and Dexter's approach to many specialized and
sophisticated projects involves a design/build team typically comprised of the project owner, the architect, electrical and HVAC project managers and LeDuc & Dexter's commercial department. This design/build team meets at the
conception stage of the project to develop the engineering strategies that coordinate all elements of construction into a timely and cost effective schedule.
By the time the engineered plans are approved for the building permit all the project costs and client needs have already been met and construction is ready to begin.

Residential Design/Build
In most cases design/build concepts are created working along with the general contractor and apply most readily
when the project is a multi-family apartment complex
. LeDuc and Dexter's residential department
along with the other sub-contractors work closely with the general contractor to come up with approval for building plans that, in a case like this, would include LeDuc & Dexter's
sewer and waste water plan, which most general contractors don't provide.
