to Fountaingrove

Traverso's has a new home and will open soon in Fountaingrove Village
located at Fountaingrove Parkway and Stagecoach Road in Santa Rosa

| After 75 years of being a downtown Santa Rosa business landmark Traverso’s, a fourth generation grocer and deli, has relocated and will open within the next few months at Fountaingrove Parkway and Stagecoach Road. |

Traverso’s, which has evolved into a specialty gourmet grocery featuring fine wines, meats and cheeses and will anchor Fountaingrove Village, a shopping center with approximately 10 businesses including a bank, a coffee shop, a dry cleaners, an upscale women’s clothing store, financial services and a proposed restaurant. Santa Rosa-based CarCo Investments is the developer and contractor for the project. |

LeDuc & Dexter have been involved in this design/build, mixed-use project since it’s inception in 2006. LeDuc & Dexter completed all of the underground water and sewer lines for the shopping center and the adjacent 21 single family homes located on an adjoining street behind the center. |

.LeDuc & Dexter's commercial department is now completing the tenant improvements for Traverso’s, which includes sanitary sewer lines, a grease waist interceptor, condensation lines for the deli cases, walk-in cooler and three HVAC units, hand wash sinks in the food prep area and men and women’s restrooms. |

LeDuc & Dexter also installed a commercial water heater and the gas meters for all tenants, which are located on the loading dock in the rear of the building.
Traverso's should open by early June of 2009.
