"In about five or six weeks we'll be trimming out the commercial bathrooms and the large commercial
kitchen," says Rich Hoaglund, LeDuc & Dexter Project Manager, "This is a fairly straight forward project for us, but with its architecture this building is really
something special."
|
The curved wall, the peaked roof top, the collection of different shaped windows and the
large congregation room with the clear story windows make this an outstanding commercial project. Oliver & Company, Inc.
is the general contractor for the project and they are known for their innovative work in the commercial and residential sectors. |

LeDuc & Dexter has completed the roof drainage system for the temple along with the
domestic water system and the sanitary system. The overhead piping and trim in the kitchen for the sinks, commercial range and other appliances along with the toilets, sinks and faucets in the
bathrooms is the only remaining work that LeDuc & Dexter needs to complete on the project.
|
"This is the first time we've worked with Oliver & Company," says Hoaglund,
"and they are very professional. Steve Witcher, their superintendent on the job, is very intelligent and he likes to solve problems. For him, this is a small job in comparison to most projects he
works on. Hopefully, this project will be the beginning of a good relationship for them with LeDuc & Dexter."
